| The SWLC is composed of the twenty-seven
dioceses of the seven states of Region 10 of the Federation of Diocesan
Liturgical Commissions. We reflect a great expanse of territory
and a rich and diverse cultural heritage embracing persons of almost
every race and ethnicity. We represent worshipping communities
which gather in the vast rural areas or our country and those which are
concentrated in some of our nation's largest cities. Our region is
enriched by the unique gifts which each of our dioceses brings to our
