Registration Process

 
Method of Registering: Mail your completed registration form with check to:  SWLC 2002 Study Week,
22 W. Kiowa St., Colorado Springs, CO 80903.  Late registration available at the conference.

Early Registration Deadline: Forms w/ check payment must be postmarked no later than December 15, 2001.  Forms postmarked after 12/15/01 will incur full registration cost.

Registration Form

     To utilize the on-line web study week registration form, click below (on Go to Registration Form).  This form is in Adobe Acrobat format.  To view and print the form, you need to have Adobe Acrobat Reader, a free download from Adobe Systems, on your computer.  If you don't have Adobe Acrobat Reader, click first on the "Obtain Adobe Acrobat Reader" link below, to initiate download and installation.  Following that, or if you already have the Adobe Acrobat Reader, click on the link "View Registration Form".
     When the form web page comes up on your browser, print it to your printer.  Fill out the form and mail it with check included to the address shown on the form.

Scholarships

Background The SWLC has set aside funds to provide scholarships covering registration to the study week for participants from dioceses of the region who might not otherwise be able to attend.
Application Forms Contact the Office of Worship or Liturgical Commission of the applicant's (arch)diocese for a scholarship application form.
Award Process Scholarships will be awarded to qualified applicants, on a first come / first served basis.
Where to Send Forms Completed scholarship application forms should be mailed to the applicant's (arch)diocesan Office of Worship or Liturgical Commission.  DO NOT send the scholarship application to the SWLC 2002 Study Week registration office.
