The Diocese of Tulsa is honored to host the 41st Annual Southwest Liturgical Conference Study Week. Sacrosanctum Concilium was one of the most influential documents in the history of the Catholic Church. Our focus is “We Remember, We Celebrate, We Believe”. “In order that sound tradition be retained, and yet the way remain open to legitimate progress, a careful investigation - theological, historical, and pastoral - should always be made into each part of the liturgy which is to be revealed.” SC 23
