Francis Cardinal Arinze
His Eminence Francis Cardinal Arinze was ordained a priest of the Archdiocese
of Onitsha, Nigeria in 1958. He was ordained a bishop in 1965 and appointed
Archbishop of Onitsha in June of 1967 where he served until 1984. In March of
1985, he was appointed to the Secretariat for Non-Christians (soon to be renamed
the Pontifical Council for Inter-religious Dialogue) and was elevated to the
College of Cardinals in May of that year. Cardinal Arinze served as President
of the Pontifical Council for Inter-religious Dialogue until October of 2002
when he was named Prefect of the Congregation for Divine Worship and the
Discipline of the Sacraments.

Rev. Ed Foley, O.F.M. Capuchin
Rev. Edward Foley, O.F.M. Capuchin is professor of liturgy
and music at Catholic Theological Union in Chicago. A member of the Province of
St. Joseph of the Capuchin Order since 1966, he was ordained a Roman Catholic
presbyter in 1975. He holds a Ph.D. in Theology from the University of Notre
Dame, plus has authored 12 books, over 200 scholarly and pastoral articles and
reviews, and edits American Essays in Liturgy. Past-President of the
North American Academy of Liturgy, he presides and preaches at St. Mary’s
Catholic Church in Riverside, Illinois.

Arturo Chávez
Arturo
Chávez
is a member of the Pastoral Team at the Mexican American
Cultural Center in San Antonio, Texas. He has worked for over fifteen years in
a variety of ministries, including teacher, youth minister, chaplain to
incarcerated youth, community organizer and activist. He has extensive
experience in all facets of nonprofit management and resource development, and
holds a Bachelor’s degree in Religious Studies from the University of the
Incarnate Word and a Master’s degree in Theological Studies (with a dual
emphasis on Scripture and Hispanic Ministry) from the Oblate School of
Theology. Currently he is a Ph.D. Candidate in the “Religion and Social Change”
Program at the University of Denver and the Iliff School of Theology. His areas
of academic expertise include the sociology of race, class, and gender; the
religious and social history of Mexican Americans; and Catholic Social Thought.
Arturo is coauthor with his wife Mary of the dynamic new curriculum for Latino
Youth Leadership Formation called RESPETO.

Murray, S.J.
Rev. J-Glenn Murray, S.J. is currently the
director of the Office for Pastoral Liturgy for the Diocese of Cleveland. He
was ordained in 1979 and holds a Master of Divinity degree with a concentration
in liturgy from the Jesuit School of Theology in Berkeley, California and has
also pursued studies in Preaching at the Aquinas Institute at Saint Louis
University and Liturgy at the Catholic Theological Union in Chicago. In 1987
and 1997, he was the liturgical coordinator for the National Black Catholic
Congress as well as liturgical consultant for the same in 1992. He was the
principal drafter of Plenty of Good Room: The Spirit and Truth of African
American Worship, a document from the Bishops’ Committee on the Liturgy and
the Black Catholic Secretariat.

Dr. Megan McKennaDr. Megan McKenna is an internationally known theologian,
author, lecturer, retreat leader and spiritual director. She received her
doctorate from the Graduate Theological Union in Berkeley, California and has
taught in Chicago, San Francisco, Dublin and Albuquerque, where she now lives.
She has authored over 15 books, including Christ All Merciful and Not
Counting Women and Children (Orbis Books), Stories of Hope and An
Evening with Angels (Credence Communications).

Arturo Chávez
Arturo Chávez es un miembro del Equipo Pastoral en el Centro México-Americano
en la ciudad de San Antonio, Texas. Ha servido en una gran variedad de
ministerios, entre ellos, maestro, ministro con los Jóvenes, Capellán para los
jóvenes encarcelados, organizador en la comunidad y activista. El Seńor Chávez
tiene un Titulo de la Universidad de la Palabra Encarnada, de Estudios
Religiosos, además también tiene un titulo de Maestría en Estudios Teológicos
(con doble énfasis en el Ministerio a los Hispanos y las Escrituras) de la
