Black Worship Henry Mitchell, the noted Black African-American homiletician, has opined that it is “difficult to kill culture.” Indeed, it is impossible. This workshop will explore what many have called the “soul and genius” of the Black African-American culture. It is hoped that this brief exploration will assist those who wish to minister in a significant way among a people whose culture has not been killed, but has in fact contributed to the building up of the multidimensional culture that is ours in the United States of America.
